We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the train station. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the onsen and sauna facilities, which were a great way to relax after a long day. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to everyone.

It was quite a hassle to get to public transport from the hotel. the hotel itself was decent but the rooms were a bit too simple, and the bathroom was not as clean as we had expected. the staff were polite and helpful, and tried their best to accommodate our requests. the breakfast was decent, with a good variety of choices. the hotel had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The hotel lacked a variety of transportation options to get to and from the hotel.

The food was alright, but the price was quite expensive for what it was. The location was good, as it was close to some restaurants and shops. The onsen was alright but nothing special.
Our room was outdated and dirty, with a lot of stained and torn furniture, and a musty smell. We were really disappointed by the state of the room, especially given the high price of the stay.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The traditional meals were locally sourced and absolutely delicious. The onsen and sauna facilities were amazing, with a great variety of indoor and outdoor baths. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the station.
Nothing, all great.

We had an unforgettable stay at a traditional Japanese ryokan. the highlight was the delicious and authentic meals that we were served each day, offering a true taste of Japanese cuisine. the staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, making our stay feel like a true vacation. the ryokan's location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, and there were also some interesting local attractions nearby to explore.
The ryokan wasn't particularly easy to get to, and the lack of public transportation options made it challenging to get around the area.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
